I had a good experience at the hotel overall. The rooms were safe and comfortable, but the layout was a bit confusing with an extra locked door. The staff was helpful and really made me feel safe during my stay. The location was convenient and close to the city center, making it easy to explore Düsseldorf. The dining options were good, although not exceptional. The facilities were sufficient for a pleasant stay.
